Customer Care Advisor

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a critical role in addressing and resolving escalated account issues. This includes handling inquiries related to credits, billing, and other customer needs. You will be an essential part of our Account Operations team, also known as DDAO (Day Dream Account Operations). Within DDAO, you will provide dedicated support to customers, assisting them with their Day Dream contracts and addressing any billing questions or requests. Your responsibilities will encompass activities such as account amendments, credit processing, and account cancellations as needed.
What's it do?
- Effectively handle and manage a queue of customer cases, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to service agreements and accounts through phone and email correspondence.
- Thoroughly investigate and address customer inquiries regarding contracts, charges, or fees, providing comprehensive explanations with a consultative approach and displaying empathy towards customer requests.
- Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring that Day Dream's POS system meets their needs, managing customer credits, and making necessary revisions to their accounts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Take responsibility for processing business changes and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce or other relevant systems.
- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at advancing our customer programs and enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Is it a fit?
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a focus on handling customer billing inquiries.
- Prior experience in processing changes to customer accounts is highly desired.
- Strong background in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry is preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable handling ambiguous and dynamic situations that may arise.
